Shipping, Payments, & Returns |
SHIPPING TERMS:
- Orders are shipped via USPS unless other arrangements are made.
- If we are unable to fill an entire order, partial shipment will be made (unless a complete shipment is requested.)
- If your package should arrive damaged, save all packing and cartons for the carrier to inspect. Damages or shortages from an open carton must be reported at once to the carrier.
- Bootleg Banners must be notified of any short shipments within 24 hours of receipt.
- Please allow at least 24hrs for processing/shipping all orders.
- For expedited shipment (Next Day, 2 Day) please call for product availability and shipping times.
- Additional charges may apply to manufacturer direct shipments.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- Bootleg Banners accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express via phone or PayPal.
- A Credit Card is required for any UPS Air shipments.
- Full payment in advance is required before any job can be stareted.
RETURNS:
- All returns must have prior authorization from a Bootleg Banners sales representative and must be made within 10 days of customer receipt. Returns must include a copy of the original receipt with reason for return stated on receipt. To inquire about a product return via email, please use our Contact Form. Any product(s) returned without prior authorization will be refused.
PRICE CHANGES:
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Bootleg Banners reserves the right to correct pricing errors on any / all print / electronic media.
